Deposits
A 50% deposit (£100 minimum) is required for all bookings and dates cannot be held until one has been received.
-
All deposits are non-refundable. This is non-negotiable.
-
Deposits are 50% (£100 minimum) of the total cost for the next appointment booked. If you will be tattooed over multiple sessions then you are only required to pay a 50% deposit for the appointments booked in the diary, not the total cost of the entire tattoo.
-
If you need to reschedule your appointment your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment so long as we are notified through email by 11am, 7 days prior to your appointment. If less than 7 days notice is given then the full amount of the deposit will be forfeited.
-
If you choose to cancel your appointment then the full amount of the deposit will be forfeited (If you can no longer attend your appointment, please still get in touch to let us know as soon as you can, just as a courtesy).
-
If you are late for your appointment without contacting the studio we will wait 30 minutes before cancelling your appointment, in which case you will forfeit your deposit.
-
If you cannot provide ID when completing your consent form showing you are over 18 then you cannot be tattooed, and you will forfeit your deposit.
For larger tattoos requiring multiple sessions the deposit paid to book the first appointment will become a rolling deposit and will come off the cost of the final appointment.
